Registered Office and Agent
The International Companies Act of Vanuatu requires that an international company has a Registered Office and Agent in Vanuatu. We provide this service.
Directors & Nominee Shareholders.
With no requirement to disclose directors International Companies registered in Vanuatu offer a high degree of privacy. However, should the company be required to sign anything under seal, the directors must do so and names will become part of a public record. This is the same case for nominee shareholders, and should you require, we can provide nominee companies to act as shareholders in trust for the beneficial owners.
Company Secretary
While this is not essential under the Vanuatu International Companies Act, we will provide this service as requested.
Asset Protection
An international company registered in Vanuatu may hold securities, property, patents or other assets, maintaining confidentiality in relation to ownership. This unique structure is ideal for estate planning and the protection of assets in both personal and corporate circumstances.
Financial Statements
We will prepare company financial statements for audit. Alternatively, if you provide statutory accounts for your company, we, as a registered Vanuatu auditor, can audit these accounts for you.
Bank Accounts & Mail Services
As part of our service, we can assist with opening bank accounts. Currently there is only one bank, The Bank of South Pacific (BSP), which will open accounts for International Companies.
Should you wish to use our office as your mailing address, we can re-direct mail for you.
